FreakBets.com ("FreakBets", "we", "us") is operated by legal entity name, registered at registered address. You can contact us at contact address.

FreakBets is a public board of football tips. Members post tips under their own records, which are settled from match data and ranked; we publish an editorial bet of the day and analysis alongside them. We do not operate any gambling service.

Everything on this site is published for information and entertainment. Tips, previews, ratings and analysis are the opinion of their author at the time of publication, based on the information available then. They are not betting advice, financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation that you place any bet.

Tips posted by members are theirs, not ours. We check that they follow the posting rules in section 6; we do not check whether they are any good, and a member's rank is a record of their past results, not an endorsement.

You alone decide whether to bet, what to bet on, and how much. You are solely responsible for those decisions and for their outcome. Do not treat anything here as a substitute for your own judgement.

We do not guarantee that any tip will win, that any period will be profitable, or that our published record will continue. Betting carries a risk of losing money, and losing runs occur in every real record including ours.

Past performance does not predict future results. The settled results on this site describe what has already happened. They are a record, not a forecast, and they carry no implication about any future period.

Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Betting is not a way to make money, an income, or a means of dealing with financial difficulty. See our responsible gambling page.

This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the minimum legal age where you live is higher. We do not knowingly make our content available to anyone below that age.

Gambling law differs by country, and in some countries by region. It is your responsibility — not ours — to check that betting is legal for you where you are before acting on anything published here. Nothing on this site is an offer or an invitation to bet in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

If you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP or any equivalent scheme, this content is not intended for you.

You need an account to post tips, and only to post tips. One account per person, and per household. You must give a real email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

No competition is running and no prize is offered. When one opens, it will have its own rules, published before entry opens, and identity will be checked before any prize is paid.

Every tip is posted under the same rules, and the site enforces them as you post — the full method is on the method page:

• Every tip is a flat one-unit stake.
• The price is read from our odds feed when you post. Where the feed has none, a typed price is allowed, but that tip is labelled and not ranked.
• One tip per match per type of market — you cannot back the home side, the draw and the away side of one match.
• Tips must be posted before kick-off. A tip posted after the match actually started is voided, and noted against the account.
• A member is ranked only after 50 settled tips.

Trying to get round these rules — a second account, a price that was never available, a tip placed on stale match information — is a breach of these terms.

You choose your display name, and it is public from your first tip. It must not be your email address, must not pose as FreakBets, its staff or another member, and must not carry a link, a handle or contact details. You can change it once after your first tip.

You are responsible for the analysis you post with a tip. It must not advertise a tipping service, a channel or a paid group; must not claim a fixed or guaranteed result; must not carry contact details or links; and must not be abusive, defamatory or unlawful. We may remove analysis that breaks these rules. The tip itself stays.

By posting, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, permanent licence to publish your tips, their analysis and their results as part of the record, under your display name. It cannot be withdrawn for tips already posted — see section 8.

A posted tip cannot be deleted, and its match, selection, price and stake cannot be changed — by you or by us. That is the point of the record: it cannot lose its losing tips. Only analysis that breaks section 7 can be taken down.

If you break these terms we may void the tips concerned, with the reason shown on each, and suspend your account. A suspended member cannot post and is taken off the leaderboard and the tips feed; the tips already posted are not deleted.

You can close your account at any time by contacting contact address. We delete your account details and replace your display name with a neutral label; your tips stay in the record under that label. The privacy policy explains exactly what is deleted.

Any odds shown were correct at the time of publication and no later. Prices move constantly, and a price that existed when a tip was written will frequently not exist by the time you read it.

When a tip is posted, its price is read from our odds feed at that moment and frozen; it is never edited afterwards. Where the feed has no price, a member may type one in: that tip is labelled as a typed price and does not count towards a rank. A recorded price keeps the record honest; it does not make that price available to you. Always check the live price with the operator before placing any bet, along with their own rules on settlement, maximum stakes, void bets and each-way terms, which override anything described here.

Tips are settled from match data after the event, once the final score has read the same on checks at least 12 minutes apart, so a correction by the data provider inside that time is taken into account. Tips are never deleted, and a settled result is never edited. A tip that cannot stand — one settled from a wrong score or a data-feed fault, one posted after kick-off, one that breaks the posting rules — is voided with its reason shown on the tip, and leaves the record. A void is final too.

We do not guarantee that every figure is free of error, and we do not present the record as a third-party audit. It is tracking published by the platform the tips are posted on.

Some outbound links to bookmakers on this site are commercial. If you click one and go on to open an account, we may receive a commission from that operator. This costs you nothing and changes nothing about what you are offered.

Commission never affects the bet of the day, which member tips appear, or how any tip is settled. Commercial links appear on the bookmakers, free bets and casino pages, and in the casino welcome offers beside the bet of the day; each of those says so where the links are. The homepage, the member tips feed, the leaderboard and the results ledger carry none.

We are not responsible for any operator's offers, terms, wagering requirements, availability in your country, or conduct. Your relationship with a bookmaker is entirely between you and them.

FreakBets does not accept bets, does not hold client funds, does not offer credit, and does not process gambling transactions. We do not hold a gambling licence in any jurisdiction, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming that we are licensed or regulated as a gambling operator.

Any account, deposit, bet or withdrawal is a matter between you and the licensed operator concerned, under their terms and their regulator.

The site is provided as it is and as available. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of it, including content already published, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, although we take reasonable care.

Content that forms part of the settled record is treated differently: it is not rewritten to flatter the record, and it is not removed because it turned out badly.

The content of this site, including text, design, data compilations and the ledger itself, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link.

You may not republish the ledger wholesale, resell it, present it as your own record, or scrape the site at a volume that affects it, without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of using this site or relying on anything published on it. That expressly includes money lost betting, whether or not the bet followed a tip we published.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from the acts, omissions, odds, offers or terms of any third-party operator.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Where we link to another site — an operator, a data source, a help organisation — that site is outside our control. We are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, its security, or how it handles your data. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect — for members, an email address and a public display name; for everyone, the cookies that keep you signed in and attribute a commercial click — and how to exercise your rights over it. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of governing law — to be confirmed, and the courts of jurisdiction — to be confirmed have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
